Guidelines Helps Plant New Radio Station in Mongolia

Guidelines International Ministries has partnered with the Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC) Mongolia to help establish an FEBC Family Radio Station in Choibalsan, Eastern Mongolia.
From its newly furnished studio, FEBC is now broadcasting 24/7 to the Choibalsan community. The station is known as FM 104.5 Family Radio.
“This is what can happen when the Body of Christ works together,” Guidelines’ president, Bonnie Sala, pointed out in a press release. “It’s a joy and privilege to share in the story of what God is doing in Mongolia.”
Guidelines devotionals programs have been translated and broadcast by FEBC Mongolia since 2016. These practical messages are distributed in 16 languages throughout the world, including places where listeners may be unreached, new to Christianity, or living with persecution. Guidelines also partners to help establish Christian radio stations that empower the local church and provide humanitarian assistance.
“We are utterly thankful to the Lord and to Guidelines for our brand new FEBC Gospel station in Choibalsan city!” exclaimed FEBC Mongolia’s director, Batjargal “Bat” Tuvshintsengel, in a press release.
Choibalsan is the fourth-largest city in Mongolia with a population of more than 44,000 people. Predominantly Buddhist, with close proximity to the Chinese border, the city has a history of being resistant to the Gospel.
