Prime Minister Bayar flew to South Korea for treatment; Australia trip postponed

Prime Minister Bayar Sanjaa flew to South Korea for treatment last Saturday, according to Ninjjamts, Government spokeswoman. Early February this year,the Prime minister was injured after a horse he was riding shied at a snowdrift. He cracked the vertebra of the eleventh rib on his left side and went through treatment in South Korea. He never fully recovered from the injury,requiring check-ups and treatments once a while.

During Prime Minister's absense,Senior Deputy Premier Altankhuyag is in charge of Government activities.

Bayar was to visit Australia on Sept 7-12 and it was postponed. This has further implication to delay signing of Oyu Tolgoi investment agreement.
