According to Mongolian media sources, four border guards murdered their superiors in southern border of Mongolia and escaped from their stations of duty are sentenced to capital punishment.
Last year, Nov 22, four young soldiers shot and killed three of their superior officers and wounded one while on duty with AK-47. Then they kidnapped other guards and attempted to go to Darkhan,a town in central Mongolia. They surrendered to police after lengthy negotiation.
According to sources, police investigation revealed there was no pressure for the soldiers. The investigation has not fully completed.
