Mongolian media reported today a drunk Russian man crossed across Mongolian border. According to the report, Fedorov Alexander Alexandrovich, a citizen of Russian Federation was found within 5 km inside Mongolian border by Mongolian border guards in Khovsgol province in northern Mongolia. When border guards arrested him, he was found drunk.
The report said he is addicted to alcoholic drink and was being treated at hospital for alcoholism. He run away from the hospital and walked across the border into Mongolia. He was handed to Russian side after the incident. Mongolia borders with Russia in north. Length of Mongolian-Russian border is 3543 km.
