Mongolia ordered to grant jailed claimant access to counsel

A UK-Australian businessman jailed in Mongolia after being convicted of fraud must be allowed reasonable access to his local and international counsel while he pursues an Energy Charter Treaty claim, an emergency arbitrator in Stockholm has ruled.
