Onch Audit celebrates its Fifth Anniversary


Onch Audit, one of leading auditing companies of Mongolia is about to celebrate its fifth anniversary. Following is press release from the company.

Join us in celebrating our fifth year of providing quality professional accounting services in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Various events and activities have been lined up to commemorate this significant milestone in our corporate history.
1. On Wednesday, September 16, we will announce our commitment to help develop accounting and business education in Mongolia. Graduating students and accounting and business faculty of the following institutions will be invited to a presentation on the prospects for public accounting practice in Mongolia at the Conference Hall of the Mongolian National University.
• Mongolian National University
• Institute of Finance and Economics
• The Agricultural University
• Mandakh University
• Other business and accounting institutions to be announced later.

We will also present our donation of subscriptions to selected accounting and auditing publications and the award of scholarship to deserving graduating students of accounting.

2. On Thursday, September 17, Onch Audit and KPMG China and Korea will hold a symposium exclusively for invited CEOs, COOs, and selected industry leaders to discuss:
• The state of accounting and business systems in Mongolia
• Best use of IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Accessing international capital markets during the global financial crisis.
• Current international tax issues.

The symposium will be held at 2pm at the Kempinski Hotel. Participants will be invited to the Cultural Night and Cocktails at the Opera House immediately following the symposium.

3. We will cap our Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, September 17, at 6PM, with a Cultural Night and Cocktail Reception at the Opera & Ballet Theatre. We will treat invited guests, clients and friends to a showcase of the best ballet dancers and operatic singers in Ulaanbaatar.
