President Elbegdorj heads to Sochi, Russia to participate in the winter olympics

President of Mongolia, Elbegdorj Tsakhia flew to Sochi, Russia today to take part in the opening of the winter olympic game.This is first time winter olympic game is being organized in close proximity to Mongolia.

2 Mongolian athletes, B.Byambadorj, Ch.Otgontsetseg under instruction of coach D.Battulga will participate  in ski and skating competitions of the Sochi Olympic game. 

Russia is eternal neighbor of Mongolia and Mongolia is supportive of Russia hosting the winter olympic game in its soil. 

Participation of President Elbegdorj in the opening of Sochi Olympic game will bring  Mongolia and Russia more closer and contribute to strengthening of the bilateral relations.
