MINSK, 2 September (BelTA) – Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko approved the draft intergovernmental agreement with Mongolia on cooperation in education as a basis for further talks, BelTA learnt from the press service of the head of state. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the PRC, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Mongolia Viktor Burya has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the agreement. The head of state also approved the draft intergovernmental agreement with Mongolia on the abolition of visas as a basis for further talks. Deputy Foreign Minister Valentin Rybakov has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the agreement. In addition, the Belarusian President approved the draft intergovernmental agreement with Mongolia on air service. Minister of Transport and Communications Anatoly Sivak has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the agreement. The draft protocol amending the bilateral intergovernmental agreement with Mongolia on international road service of 10 December 2003 has been approved as a basis for further talks. Minister of Transport and Communications Anatoly Sivak has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the protocol. The head of state signed corresponding decree on 2 September.
